1. Rates in this tariff book are net or commissionable as specified in each case. Rates subject to change without previous notification. VIC VIC TOURS has the right to change or adjust any rate if necessary. Rates include all items specified in each service.
2. All the rates in this tariff book apply to individual travelers. Rates for groups must be requested bye our clients by fax o e-mail.
3. PAYMENTS: Our costumers must send payments using any of the payment methods detailed later in this tariff book. VIC VIC TOURS has the right to cancel any reservation, if the client does not comply whit the payment conditions agreed.
4. CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be sent by our costumer in writing via fax or e-mail, before the date that the cancellation policy shown in the service. Reservations Cancelled after the date shown in our tariff book, are subject to penalty. Our costumers will also receive a note sent by VIC VIC TOURS via fax or e-mail, stating that the reservation has been canceled, and showing the cancellation number. Our costumers will be responsible for payment of any penalty if he/she does not have the cancellation in writing sent by VIC VIC TOURS , stating that the reservation as been cancelled and containing the cancellation number for the reservation cancelled.
5. NO SHOW: In case of no show of the passenger after a service has been confirmed, VIC VIC TOURS will bill the costumer with the penalty that applies according to the cancellation policy of the service provided. In case that the passenger has future services VIC VIC TOURS will try to cancel those services and return any amount if the cancellation policies of the service provider allows the refund.
6. LIABILITY: VIC VIC TOURS will not be responsible for hurricanes, fire, storms or any other natural issue that requires evacuation and are totally out of control. Our company is not responsible for any damage, delay or cancellation of services provided by a third person.
7. VIC VIC TOURS will not accept any claim for services provided, after 90 days of the date that the service started.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Transfers in / out does not include tips for the baggage handling in airport or hotel. Check in time in hotels is usually after 03 – 04 p.m. and check out time is 12 p.m. depending on the hotel.
